Jason S. Hover was a founding member of Hover & Mackowski, PLLC in January, 2011 after working as a solo practitioner from January, 2007. Jason also previously served as counsel for Sneeringer Monahan Provost Redgrave Title Agency, Inc., working from June 2000 until October 2009. His areas of expertise include commercial and residential real estate transactions, including purchases, sales and financing, commercial and residential leasing, tax-deferred exchanges, tax grievances, land planning and use matters, quiet title actions and foreclosures. Jason also focuses his practice in the area of estate planning and administration.
Jason is admitted to practice in the State of New York and is a member of the New York State and Albany County Bar Associations and has lectured on commercial real estate matters for continuing legal education programs. Jason spent seven years as a member of the Board of Directions of the Morris Memorial Association, a non-profit youth center located in his original hometown of Chatham, New York. Jason currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Capital Region Builders & Remodelers Association, Inc.
Jason is a graduate of Western New England College (B.A., 2003) and Western New England School of Law (J.D., 2006).
